Everyone desire to have a clean germ free atmosphere, however everyone does not clean the same and the products that are used can vary significantly. Jerry Spark shared with us a story regarding having an apartment cleaned after his tenants moved out. He mentioned that the apartment was rented to some college students as a real estate investment, after the students moved out they left the house a wreck he hired a cleaning service to give him an estimate and he was shocked when they told him $500. So he decided to take a walk through the apartment only to find animal waste and stains on the carpet and floors. Generally house cleaners charge a premium if they have to deal with human or animal waste. I don?t understand how responsible students could treat someone property like that. Our recommendation is never clean someone else dirt you are leaving yourself vulnerable to disease and infections hire a cleaning service. Jerry decided that the cleaning service even at $500 was well worth it. |
