| Join Debbie Wnuk and discover painting with oils or acrylics in an informal atmosphere at the Library. Emphasis is placed on individual instruction stressing color, value and composition as you learn basic techniques. All levels are welcome. $45, payable by check or money order to WMPL. Upon registration, you will receive a required supplies list. |
